Key Data Shows that alltemp® Reduces Corrosion vs Conventional Refrigerants

Corrosion resistance is an important factor when choosing a refrigerant because corrosion causes refrigerant leaks - the number one mechanical problem in the HVAC & R industry

WESTLAKE VILLAGE, CA- Alltemp, Inc. (OTCQB: LTMP), a developer of proprietary, environmentally friendly refrigerant technologies, announced today the results of a corrosion study, comparing the efficacy of alltemp® refrigerant vs R-134a refrigerant. The company engaged Intertek to perform ANSI/ASHRAE 97 testing on alltemp®.

Intertek's evaluation of alltemp® refrigerant with POE NL32 POE lubricant was conducted per ANSI/ASHRAE 97 Issue: 2007/06/27 Sealed Glass Tube Method to Test the Chemical Stability of Material for Use within Refrigerant Systems.

Metal coupons were exposed to alltemp® for 14 days at 175°C +/-5°C. Property evaluations were conducted by the following procedures: TAN per ASTM D974, Refrigerant Breakdown per AHRI 700, and Dissolved Metals per ASTM D5185.

Observations after 14 days:

When compared to a control sample of R-134a, the alltemp® refrigerant was observed as: "Clear/colorless liquid, no precipitate or insoluble material. All metal coupons remain unchanged. No Copper Plating or corrosion was observed."

Intertek conducted a full ANSI/ASHRAE 97 test indicating that there were almost zero changes in the chemical properties of alltemp®. Test results indicated that alltemp®'s Total Acid Number (mgKOH/g) was <0.01, Refrigerant Decomposition (Mass%) <0.05, Dissolved Al <1.0, Dissolved Cu <1.0, and Dissolved Fe <1.0. These results continue to prove that alltemp® is a non-corrosive alternative to conventional refrigerants.

“The study reflects our commitment to producing the best refrigerant, in economic and environmental terms, and the data becomes increasingly valuable in yielding actionable insights for a wide variety of refrigerant dependent businesses. We’re firm in our belief that alltemp®’s resistance to corrosion is a major value driver, because refrigerant leaks, caused by corrosion, are the most pressing mechanical problem in the HVAC & R industry. Frankly, reducing corrosion not only improves economic and environmental performance, but, possibly most important to most users, it should improve quality control and overall user experience," said William Lopshire, Alltemp CEO.

Alltemp Reduces CRAC Energy Consumption by 30% in Fortune 100 Telecom Company's Data Center

Year-Long Field Test Confirms That alltemp® Improved Data Center CRAC Unit and Adjacent Supplemental Unit's Run-Time for a Combined Savings Greater Than 30%

WESTLAKE VILLAGE, CA / ACCESSWIRE / October 9, 2017 / Alltemp, Inc. (OTCQX: LTMP) (the "Company"), a developer of proprietary, environmentally friendly, refrigerant technologies, announced today the results of its alltemp® field-testing at a Fortune 100 data center located in the Southeast U.S.

alltemp® refrigerant was installed in a 22-ton Liebert Computer Room Air Conditioner ("CRAC") unit that runs 24 hours per day. Both compressors, which originally were charged with R-22 refrigerant, were converted to alltemp® in the heat of mid-summer, and have been monitored for over one year consistently showing energy savings of 22%+. Additionally, the identical adjacent Liebert CRAC with R-22 has also been monitored during this period and has been called upon 18% less as a direct impact of alltemp's increased capacity in CRAC number 1. The CRAC has been consistently performing with these results after two Southeast region summers. This further demonstrates the strengths of alltemp® refrigerant and validates alltemp's® value proposition as a drop-in refrigerant replacement for R-22. Measurement and verification services were conducted by Mark Stetz of Stetz Consulting,

The report stated, "Although the adjacent CRAC unit was not converted to alltemp®, changes in power consumption and system loading were observed that appear to be related to changes in the first CRAC unit. There is communication between the two units; if one unit were not functioning at capacity, that cooling load would be seen by the other unit."

"We strongly believe in the strategic importance of providing our customers with an environmentally friendly product that can help generate increased operational efficiencies and reduce costs. While we developed this technology to serve the needs of multiple industries, to reduce CRAC costs by twenty, or even thirty, percent is a significant technological advance that results in immediate overhead cost reductions for all data and telecom centers," said William Lopshire, Alltemp CEO.

Year-long field test the field test demonstrates alltemp’s® true capabilities as a drop-in refrigerant replacement for R-134a

WESTLAKE VILLAGE, CA- Alltemp, Inc. (OTCQX: LTMP) (the "Company"), a developer of proprietary, environmentally friendly refrigerant technologies, announced today the results of its alltemp® L field-testing at the W Hotel- Lakeshore in Chicago, Illinois.

alltemp® refrigerant, alltemp®-L, was installed into compressor B of the hotel’s 200-ton Carrier chiller, which is designed to cool the 520 guest room hotel’s common area spaces.

"I was skeptical, yet intrigued, with the prospect of reducing my HVAC energy costs by up to 40%. However, after participating in Alltemp's, no risk, Early Adopter Program, my chiller conversion, from R-134a to alltemp®L, has yielded a 38% reduction in energy costs and has been installed without any issues for over one year."  Joe Bilbrey, Director of Engineering, W Hotel-Lakeshore.

The coefficient of performance on compressor B was .6 kW/Ton, while compressor A used .97 kW/ton, nearly a 40% reduction in compressor energy use relative to R-134a, with measurement and verification services conducted by Stetz Consulting.

Alltemp Adds Large Residential Complexes To Its Florida Market Strategy

alltemp® effective option to help Property Management Companies reduce operation costs and HOA fee pressure

WESTLAKE VILLAGE, CA- Alltemp, Inc. (OTCQX: LTMP) (the "Company"), a developer of proprietary, environmentally friendly refrigerant technologies, announced today that the Company is expanding its Florida alltemp® refrigerant marketing outreach program to include property management companies, based on successful tests, like the recently announced Delvista Aventura Tower One, where alltemp® replaced R22 and decreased energy consumption by more than 20%.

The Company’s target markets remain the large scale commercial, industrial and retail refrigerant users.  However, as large scale condominium complexes, most of which are operated by professional property management companies, make up a substantial part of Florida’s residential market, the Company believes that this market is a natural fit.

From Real Estate to politics, Florida is an influencer state, so the Company chose it as a beta state for this program.  With the success and publicity of Delvista Towers’ Go Green Award, which is a testament to the financial savings, energy efficiencies and eco-friendliness of alltemp®, Alltemp, Inc. begins an aggressive statewide campaign.

"We were skeptical, as this system cools the entire building’s common area. After a smooth installation, without a hitch, we are now realizing savings in excess of 20% and, after one year experience, we have installed alltemp® in our second (identical) tower. Plus, we received the City of Aventura Go Green Award," stated Karyn Rosenthal, Delvista Aventura Condo Association.

Delvista Aventura is a two tower, 27 floors each, condominium development that houses 400 residential units and many deluxe amenities, including a fitness center.  The Delvista Aventura Condo Association agreed, in May 2016, to installed alltemp® sustainable refrigerant replacement in the HVAC system that cools the common areas of Tower One and kept R-22 refrigerant in the identical 100 ton Multi Stack DX system of Tower Two.  The result was that Tower One operated on 2-3 compressors to meet their cooling needs, as opposed to Tower Two, which required 3-4 compressors, an average reduction, exceeding 20% in monthly kWh, or about $1,000/month savings, with a Return on Investment of less than one year.

“As eye-opening as our Delvista Towers’ results were for our client, the feedback was further proof that the refrigerant industry has been stuck in a time warp, so our mission is to build a new market by demonstrating how and why alltemp® is better than the traditional options, which we can quantify with data that includes significant savings and happy clients.  We then capitalize upon that by guaranteeing and delivering the needed savings and efficiencies.

“In addition to expanding our property management branding efforts, we plan on promoting our energy saving solutions to Florida Power & Light Company, which has shown amazing environmental leadership by reducing the state’s annual carbon dioxide emissions, with their deep investments in its use of zero-emissions nuclear and solar energy by millions of tons," said William Lopshire, Alltemp CEO.

Introducing Alltemp, Inc. - The Future of Refrigeration and Cooling

Sustainable Refrigerant Solutions that Deliver Impressive Ecological and Economic Benefits

WESTLAKE VILLAGE, CA / ACCESSWIRE / June 19, 2017 / Alltemp, Inc. (OTCQX: LTMP) (the "Company"), a developer of proprietary, environmentally friendly refrigerant technologies, announced today that its alltemp® product is commercially available to HVAC technicians and contactors; the first sustainable refrigerant that satisfies all current International environmental protocols to curb ozone depletion and global warming while delivering significant energy reduction and superior performance.

alltemp® is the result of over a decade of intensive multi-million dollar R&D, which included real world testing at several Fortune 100 facilities and is designed to be compatible with most commercial and residential cooling systems. Without required equipment modification, or valve and seal replacement and compressor oil changes, it is a true drop in replacement.

As regulatory phase out of high global warming potential ("GWP") refrigerants accelerates in all developed countries in an effort to minimize greenhouse gas emissions, alltemp® provides a zero ozone depletion and low GWP solution.

"Alltemp, Inc. is devoted to providing world class green refrigerant technology that enhances our planet's sustainability while reducing overall energy consumption. alltemp® is a proven replacement for many incumbent refrigerants used globally that detrimentally affect the environment. We are truly proud to deliver not only a refrigerant that has a very low environmental footprint, but also one that significantly reduces overall energy usage. alltemp® represents a timely solution for a critical shortage of replacement refrigerants worldwide," said William Lopshire, Alltemp CEO.

Alltemp invites HVAC technicians, environmental engineers, efficiency experts and other interested parties to contact the Company to learn more about this industry-first refrigerant.
