Alltemp Adds Large Residential Complexes To Its Florida Market Strategy

alltemp® effective option to help Property Management Companies reduce operation costs and HOA fee pressure

WESTLAKE VILLAGE, CA- Alltemp, Inc. (OTCQX: LTMP) (the "Company"), a developer of proprietary, environmentally friendly refrigerant technologies, announced today that the Company is expanding its Florida alltemp® refrigerant marketing outreach program to include property management companies, based on successful tests, like the recently announced Delvista Aventura Tower One, where alltemp® replaced R22 and decreased energy consumption by more than 20%.

The Company’s target markets remain the large scale commercial, industrial and retail refrigerant users.  However, as large scale condominium complexes, most of which are operated by professional property management companies, make up a substantial part of Florida’s residential market, the Company believes that this market is a natural fit.

From Real Estate to politics, Florida is an influencer state, so the Company chose it as a beta state for this program.  With the success and publicity of Delvista Towers’ Go Green Award, which is a testament to the financial savings, energy efficiencies and eco-friendliness of alltemp®, Alltemp, Inc. begins an aggressive statewide campaign.

"We were skeptical, as this system cools the entire building’s common area. After a smooth installation, without a hitch, we are now realizing savings in excess of 20% and, after one year experience, we have installed alltemp® in our second (identical) tower. Plus, we received the City of Aventura Go Green Award," stated Karyn Rosenthal, Delvista Aventura Condo Association.

Delvista Aventura is a two tower, 27 floors each, condominium development that houses 400 residential units and many deluxe amenities, including a fitness center.  The Delvista Aventura Condo Association agreed, in May 2016, to installed alltemp® sustainable refrigerant replacement in the HVAC system that cools the common areas of Tower One and kept R-22 refrigerant in the identical 100 ton Multi Stack DX system of Tower Two.  The result was that Tower One operated on 2-3 compressors to meet their cooling needs, as opposed to Tower Two, which required 3-4 compressors, an average reduction, exceeding 20% in monthly kWh, or about $1,000/month savings, with a Return on Investment of less than one year.

“As eye-opening as our Delvista Towers’ results were for our client, the feedback was further proof that the refrigerant industry has been stuck in a time warp, so our mission is to build a new market by demonstrating how and why alltemp® is better than the traditional options, which we can quantify with data that includes significant savings and happy clients.  We then capitalize upon that by guaranteeing and delivering the needed savings and efficiencies.

“In addition to expanding our property management branding efforts, we plan on promoting our energy saving solutions to Florida Power & Light Company, which has shown amazing environmental leadership by reducing the state’s annual carbon dioxide emissions, with their deep investments in its use of zero-emissions nuclear and solar energy by millions of tons," said William Lopshire, Alltemp CEO.
